Chocolate mousse is one of those things that are easily accessible, and even easier to eat when you are in need of a quick pick me up 

However when eating one the other day In had never given it any thought as to how it is actually made. When buying it in a supermarket, it is in a refrigerator aisle, often stocked next to yogurts and other other desserts, yet when I thought about it, it doesn't really fit into any category that I could think of.

As it turns out, you can actually make chocolate mousse with just 2 ingredients: Chocolate (obviously) and whipped cream!

The end result looks delicious, and hopefully I'll be able to try this recipe out!
