Common myths about chocolate
Many of us grew up being taught that chocolate isn't good for you. Is that true? It depends. If we are talking about dark chocolate, according to French doctor Hervé Robert, it isn't true that:
You become fat by eating chocolate.
Chocolate cause higher levels of cholesterol in your blood.
Diabetics cannot eat chocolate.
Chocolate cause allergy.
Chocolate can cause migraines.
Chocolate can result in acne.
Chocolate can cause caries.
After conducting a scientific study, Hervé Robert came to these conclusions, which he later published in a book.

I do think there is a big difference in dark vs light chocolate though as far as how good it is for you. 😊 Chocolate hasnt ever been a migraine trigger for me, but I have heard people say that before. Personally, I could see an argument for it though due to the caffeine.
